Cafe De Tacuba

(3 Ratings)
Mexican colonial charmer

Established in 1919 this historic restaurant and bar has specialized in spicy mole and Mexican hospitality. The building is filled with rod-iron chandeliers, ornate wooden features, stained glass, and the sounds of Mariachi bands. Expect to find a range of classic Mexican dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure to sample some of the classic Mexican pastries if you are choosing to have breakfast/brunch.

Renovated and still very traditional

Café de Tacuba has been a legendary Mexican cuisine cathedral and has recently renovated with more beautiful spaces. Still it offers delicious local specialities, and every evening you'll be cheered up with "Tunos" music, played by handsome guys in costume.
